Meet Jess! She has been a group fitness instructor and personal trainer for over 15 years. She has worked with clients of all abilities, time allowances, ages, and levels of enthusiasm ;). Jessica prides herself in being able to help you reach your full potential, and promises “at least one laugh per class!”
Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with (or without) kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment (& inside where it is warm until late spring). If you are interested in taking a class with a small child, please bring your stroller or baby wearing device. Your child will be involved in the class while safely secured in your stroller.
