We offer weekly martial arts, Parkour,
and yoga classes for this age group.
Our martial arts class runs 1 hour, with time for movement skills as well as for the kids to connect with each other and discuss how the values in our martial art relate to their lives. Students are encouraged to be respectful while having fun and gaining endurance, balance, control, flexibility, and awareness. Kids progress through a solid martial arts curriculum based on themes from nature.
We also offer a “Ninja Flips” Parkour class weekly for this age group. Kids progress through a comprehensive tumbling curriculum and have tons of fun in the process. It’s like gymnastics, but less strain on the body because the movements are more natural. Learn more about Ninja Flips classes here.
We also have an excellent yoga class for this age group. Kids cultivate a deep ability to ground themselves from the inside out, while building greater endurance, strength and flexibility. Learn more about Yoga classes here.
Both the yoga and parkour classes stand on their own as weekly classes and are also a great compliment to our martial arts classes as well.
In addition to weekday classes, we offer classes two Saturdays each month that help kids learn the character building qualities of the martial arts from different angles. Click on one of the classes below to learn more:
Finally, we have a whole online program for Ninja Kids Club members. We upload new Special Missions weekly to help kids connect with the theme of the week. Members also have access to videos for reviewing the curriculum plus totally kid-oriented workout and wellness videos! We’ve got a few great videos open to the public. Check them out here!
