Details: I invite you to join us for a centering meditation, gentle movements to wake us up and boost our immune systems, and a time to set an intention for the day (and week) ahead. I’ve found my days go much better when I take a little time for myself before the kids are up. It even helps me sleep better to know I’ve got some “me” time carved out when I wake up.
